During an evaluation of their existing system landscape, Zurich Switzerland set itself the goal of making processes and systems for operational marketing more efficient. Together with gateB, they introduced and implemented a marketing portal with media asset management, web-to-print functionality, and a marketing shop in just three months. In this portal, employees and agencies can find all relevant marketing material, regardless of time and location. They can easily customize print advertising material or e-cards and automatically create CI-compliant marketing collateral, which led to a reduction in external agency costs. Further savings in storage and printing costs were achieved thanks to an integrated print-on-demand function. The marketing portal achieved a top position at Zurich Switzerland in terms of efficiency gains and cost savings.
