At this year's gateB marketing performance event, "Smart Data in Marketing," on April 26, 2016, more than 100 marketing managers from a wide variety of industries met again for a joint exchange of ideas at the Four Points by Sihlcity.
After being welcomed by Olaf Gijseman, Managing Director at gateB, Robert Schumacher, Director Business Development at gateB, provide the introduction. Schumacher highlighted the marketing challenges of our digital world and the factors decisive for success. Afterward, Harry Zenklusen, Post CH AG, presented the current pilot project of Swiss Post in SME sales as a practical case study. During the break, there was a lively exchange of ideas. Afterward, Swiss Data Labs was introduced. Swiss Data Labs empowers companies to generate initial insights from their data, very quickly and with minimal upfront investment. At the end of the event, Martin Schneider, CEO of the newly founded joint venture Admeira, revealed how Admeira intends to take advantage of the opportunities offered by digitalization. The plenary discussion concluded with questions from the large audience. Moderated by the professional, intelligent, and sympathetic Regula Elsener, the event was a great success.
