Mobiliar, founded in Berne in 1826, is the oldest private insurance company in Switzerland. As part of their “Digital Personal” project, gateB and Mobiliar implemented a pilot project to set up a complete 360° data-based customer interaction view. Before this view was implemented, Mobiliar’s view of all customer policies and agreements was static. There was absolutely no data from customer interaction, particularly from digital access. Helping Mobiliar unlock this behavior-based information gave them the keys to knowing their customers. With this knowledge, they can reach them in the proper context – with the relevant response to their needs and preferences – across all touchpoints.
